...And you know

Here's the lyrics to Rihanna's new song. Her new album will be release Monday, November 23rd. >>>

Take a breath, take it deep

Calm yourself, he says to me

If you play, you play for keeps

Take a gun, and count to three

I’m sweating now, moving slow

No time to think, my turn to go

[Chorus ]

And you can see my heart beating

You can see it through my chest

And I’m terrified but I’m not leaving

Know that I must must pass this test

So just pull the trigger

Say a prayer to yourself

He says close your eyes

Sometimes it helps

And then I get a scary thought

That he’s here means he’s never lost

(Chorus)

As my life flashes before my eyes

I’m wondering will I ever see another sunrise?

So many won’t get the chance to say goodbye

But it’s too late too pick up the value of my life

(Chorus)

McNair final hours revealed

Whew! The news that is unraveling from the McNair/Kazemi murder-suicide is something else. The AP in Nashville is reporting that they have tracked text messages from Kazemi and McNair's cell phones prior to the deaths.

About 50 msgs were released Monday night, and this is what they said, according to the Associated Press in Nashville.

“…Sahel Kazemi (sah-HEHL’ kah-ZEE’-mee) texted McNair on July 3 to say she was so stressed she might have a breakdown and asked for $2,000 to pay bills. One text said she might need to go to a hospital because she could hardly breathe.

Police say texts show McNair had someone transfer the money. The texts also show Kazemi meeting McNair at the Nashville condominium where he was shot. He asked her to leave the front door open for him

Kazemi’s texts to McNair talk of her showing furniture she planned to sell to some people and how she was at a store “trying to fix” her phone. She wanted to pay bills before going to work. When she said she could hardly breathe, McNair asked if she wanted him to come over. She said she would take a nap.

McNair texted her that afternoon, saying he had someone transfer the money.

Kazemi, later texted McNair three times asking to be with him that night. He said he was having trouble getting his sons to sleep. But at that time, McNair was seen at a restaurant with friends. Kazemi texted she was going to his condo. He texted back at 12:38 a.m. that he was on his way and asked her to open the front door at 12:52 a.m. Kazemi told him at 1:14 a.m. it was open…”

These text messages reveal what I already knew already, it reveals that McNair bit off more than he could chew by getting involved with another woman.

He had wined and dined Kazemi and filled her poor little mind up with lies, saying that he was going to divorce his wife!

Kazemi couldn't take anymore, her life was falling apart, McNair was still married and had no intentions on leaving his wife, and above all that he was sleeping with other women.

I wish the outcome of this story was different, but, unfortunately its not. This is just terrible.

On the tube: House of Payne

House of Payne is a show created and produced by playwright, director, and producer Tyler Perry. The show revolves around a multi-generational family living under one roof in Atlanta, Georgia led by Curtis "Pops" Payne and wife Ella. The family is often involved in hilarious and dramatic situations. The show has been broadcast exclusively on TBS since June 6, 2007.

It has been recently announced that House of Payne has been picked up for another twenty episodes, giving the series a total of 172 episodes in a two-year timespan, which is practically unheard of for a sitcom an especially one with a "ALL" black cast.

Season 6 starts November 4th on TBS. Check your local listing for channel and time. However, seasons 1-5 are in syndication on TBS.

Main characters:

Curtis Payne (LaVan Davis) - is the program's main protagonist. He is often referred to as Uncle Curtis by his nephew (C.J), his nephew's wife (Janine), and their children (Malik and Jazmine). Curtis is the self appointed "king" of the household; known for his selfishness, often lazy lifestyle, and reluctance to accept his nephew's family into his house (Curtis thinks the house is already crowded).

Ella Payne (Cassi Davis) - Is Curtis's wife. She is a stay-at-home mother who is the voice of reason. Curtis has been known to take advantage of Ella's good nature, although he is usually punished for doing so. Ella is known as a good cook, and had a restaurant service in one episode.

C.J. Payne, Jr. (Allen Payne) - Is Ella and Curtis' nephew, his house burned down after his wife, Janine, used drugs and accidentally started a fire. This led to moving his family in with his uncle. C.J. is the father of Malik, Jazmine, and, Jayden, and Hayden Payne.

Janine Payne (Demetria McKinney) - was C.J.'s wife and the mother of Malik, Jazmine, Hayden and Jayden Payne, and a seemingly irresponsible adult and mother at the very beginning of the series. However, she is later revealed to be a drug addict and the arsonist who burned down her and C.J.'s home. She and C.J. divorce after she leaves her family.

Calvin Payne (Lance Gross) - is Ella and Curtis's college-age son who rarely attends college classes. Calvin likes to think of himself as a player until his marriage to Miranda. Much like his cousin C.J., Calvin spends a great deal of time working with his father at the firehouse until he becomes a partner at the barber shop.

Miranda Payne (Keshia Knight Pulliam) - is Calvin's girlfriend-turned-wife.

Malik Payne (Larramie "Doc" Shaw) - is C.J. and Janine's son. He is a teenage boy whose interest in young women in his class is so extreme that he'll resort to desperate measures, such as trying out for the cheerleading squad, just to associate with them. He is often bullied in school as a result of his mother's past problems with drugs.
